Mold Free Guarantee

Indiana Mold Remediation (IMR) warrants that mold will not reoccur on wooden structural framing in the areas that we have treated with our preventative treatment for a period of one (1) year from the date of treatment. Mold growth will not reoccur, even in the event that water is introduced into the space or relative humidity levels are higher than normal.

In the event that mold does reoccur, IMR will return, for no cost, and remove visible mold growth to the satisfaction of the current homeowner.
